For instance, if four of you stay on campus, it will probably cost you $700 or more, APIECE! This apartment, divided among four of you (including utilities) will come to about $320 each on the average, depending on your energy consumption. That leaves an awful lot of money left over for food or skiing, or whatever!

*We're running a business downstairs: LOUD parties and underage drinking parties are not allowed in the apartment.

*No smoking on the property, including the back lot.

*No pets

*No walking on roofs.

*Absolutely no illegal drugs or other illegal activities.

*Because of potential property damage, we do not allow waterbeds. Please see our lease for further information on house rules.

 


COST:

$795 per month plus utilities*

First and last month's rent in advance

$795 Damage / security deposit

 

*Wyoming gas rates are volatile, but based on last year's bills, each resident can expect to pay about $15 to $20 per month on the average (based on quadruple occupancy) for natural gas (more in the winter, less in the summer.)

The electric bill is generally considerably less than the gas bill, and the water/sewer/trash pickup bill doesn't amount to a whole lot, especially when divided out.

Compare these costs to UW room and board, and we believe you'll see that this apartment is a bargain (even if it weren't many times the size of a 4-person dormitory room!)

 

Including utilities, with four people, the total cost per person should be under $260 per month, including utilities.

With three people, the total cost per person (including utilities) should be under $360 per month.

With two people, the total cost per person (including utilities) should be under $525 per month (which is still less expensive than the UW dorms!)
