The Wurl Ranch is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Red sandstone cliffs rise 200 feet and granite canyons full of brook trout and rainbows skirt the property. Deer and huge herds of antelope graze the Boulder Ridge to the east of the main cabin. Prairie falcons and eagles soar hundreds of feet above the canyon floor, hunting cottontails and gophers. Owls stand watch over the majestic landscape where one can see to walk guided only by the light of the Milky Way.

Located about 25 miles south-southwest of Laramie on the
Wyoming/Colorado border, the Wurl Ranch now consists
of ten acres in Wyoming and one acre nestled in an
aspen grove in Colorado.
